I came in for a trigger finger injection. He is so nice as are everyone at his office! I've never had to wait, and if I'm early, he takes me right away. Also his assistant is outstanding. Andrew who ordered x-rays of left knee, administered cortozone shot and had me fitted with a knee brace which provided immediate relief relief. Dr Trainer is very professional and thorough. Once we determined knee replacement was the solution doctor proceeded to explain the procedure. He also provides a 25 minute tape also explaining the while procedure and the recovery exercises.
I had my left knee replace first amd then just 8 weeks later replaced the right knee. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since the right knee replacement.
My left knee is doing great and my right knee feels like it is improving even faster than the left knee.
Both knee replacements went exactly as Dr. Tim described they would.
I am extremely satisfied with the both knee replacements and feel like I can return to an active life.
Continuing to learn and play pickleball and get back on the dance floor.
This 68 year old man will be moving like a 40 something tear old before you know.

I went to Dr. Trainor for knee pain and it was determined that I would need a total knee replacement. Dr. Trainor did not push for immediate surgery and I decided to treat it conservatively. I then opted for the surgery six months later. So far the results have been great. I am back at the gym 9 weeks post op, walking my doodles pain free.

The wait time was minimal, I arrived at 10:45 am, my appointment was 11:15 am. Dr. Tim said that the Xrays showed that my knee was in great condition and healed completely. Dr. Tim stated that the xrays of my lower back show that my L4/L5 are sitting on top of each other, hence the pain down my lft leg.

On12/12/2022 Dr. Trainor and his PA-C, Mia Foster completed a full right knee joint replacement at Southern Hills Hospital. During recovery I was told I would be allowed to go home right away. By the time I arrived home, my post-op meds had been delivered. To facilitate my recovery, Dr. Trainor had developed a complete live on-line video with all instructions needed to insure a successful outcome. This was like having a Surgeon make a house call during each day of post-op. By 12/19/22 I was astounded to find I was fully recovered and able to carry out all of my tasks including driving. I say this as all opinions on-line indicated a minimum 2-4 week to a max 3 month period before you would be ready to go. Also, Dr Trainor completed elbow surgery on me and a hip replacement on my wife Mary with similar outcomes. Kudos to Dr. Trainor & AOSM.

I would not go to any other doctor to have any of my bones worked on. Dr. Tim is great and knows what he is doing. I follow his directions and he hasn't been wrong yet. He's done my knees, shoulder, and will be doing my hip. I travel 200 miles round trip to see this doctor and it has been worth every mile. By the way I am 80 years old and still going despite being plagued with arthritis.

My appointment at the Centennial office, was for the first of five gel shots to my right knee. The PA who injected the shot did a fantastic job - I did not feel a thing! Really! It is usual for one of the PAs to give me the shot. Dr. Trainor has done arthroscopic surgery on both of my knees. Both surgeries were excellent. I would again, & have, recommended Dr. Trainor & his practice to my friends.
